Tuition and Registration Fee
For the summer of 2013, tuition is $195.00 per child, per week. NO refunds
are given for any part of a week not attended. A deposit of two weeks
per child, plus the non-refundable registration fee of $25 per family,
must be enclosed with the registration form. Your tuition deposit will
be applied to the LAST two weeks of your reservation. Payments for other
weeks are due by Monday of the week the child is attending.
If payment has not been received by Wednesday of the
week your child is attending, there will be a $5 late charge. If payment
has not been received by Friday, payment will be moved from your deposit
to cover the overdue payment and remaining weeks may be cancelled.
Note: There will be a $25.00 charge for checks returned by the bank
Registration Form/Brochure
Registration forms will be available on our website for the summer of
2013. Forms will be available to returning customers on Jan. 25th and
to new customers on Feb. 1st. Please contact the camp office at (603)

Remember! Failure to sign your registration form and failure to enclose
the appropriate fees will cause your application to be returned UNPROCESSED.
Please note: DO NOT photocopy the registration form; it will not be accepted.
Advanced Registration
Registration will open to families who attended Melody Pines Day Camp
last summer on January 25th. Registration for the general public opens
February 1st. Please keep in mind that we do not hold spots. Registration
takes place on a first come first serve basis and the majority of our
weeks do fill up quickly.
Cancellations ****ALERT****
Written notice of cancellations must be received at the camp office by
May 1st. A maximum of 3 weeks may be cancelled per. child.
Please check your school calendars. No cancellations
will be accepted after May 1st. After the cancellation deadline, you are
financially responsible for all remaining weeks you have reserved. If
you do not receive written acknowledgement within 1 week of mailing your
cancellation, please call us at (603) 669-9414 to confirm we have received
it. **Melody Pines Day Camp reserves the absolute right to cancel or modify
your child's reservation.**
