Registration
Fee
There is a $25.00 non-refundable
registration fee (per family) required with the
application. This is NOT applied to the tuition.
Tuition
$150.00 per child, per week. NO refunds
are given for any part of a week not attended.
Payment for two weeks (per child) must be enclosed
with the registration fee and registration form.
This will be applied to the LAST two weeks of your
reservation.
Payments for other weeks are due by Monday of the
week the child is attending. If payment has not
been received by Wednesday of the week your child
is attending, there will be a $5.00 late charge.
Note: There will be a $25.00 charge for checks
returned by the bank
Registration Form/Brochure
You can request a registration form and brochure
to be mailed to your address via this website-
click here. Or, if you
prefer, please contact the camp office at (603)
669-9414 and leave your name and address.
Remember! Failure to sign the medical and financial
sections of your registration form and failure
to enclose
the appropriate fees will cause your application
to be returned UNPROCESSED.
Please note: DO NOT photocopy the registration
form; it will not be accepted.
Advanced Registration
Families who attended Melody Pines Day Camp last
summer will have one week of advanced registration
from January 25th to January 31st. Registration
for the general public opens February
1st.
Cancellations ****ALERT****
Written notice of cancellations must be received at the camp office by
May 1st. Please check your school calendars.
No cancellations will be accepted after May 1st. After the cancellation
deadline, you are financially responsible for all remaining weeks you
have reserved. If you do not receive written acknowledgement within 1
week of mailing your cancellation, please call us at (603) 669-9414 to
confirm we have received it.
